No. They were obviously trying to stop him from doing this by dangling an award in his face. They knew, he knew, everyone knew if he went ahead and did this he wasn't getting that award. It was a carrot.

It's not that they thought he was the greatest peacemaker ever, it was that they thought they could appeal to him to keep his non-involvement agenda by dangling hope of something he resented Obama for getting.

  1. Nuclear strike which the entire western media lines up to justify and condemn anyone questioning it as antisemitic, most likely on the hardened Iranian mountain nuclear facility but could target a city as well.

  2. Devastating cyberweapon which does physical damage to infrastructure and/or military, maybe even kind of crashing planes and trains type of deal.

  3. Rapid assassination of multiple top leadership in Iran including possibly Khamenei in a decapitating strike type of move that at the very least leaves Iran a bit disoriented.

Honestly we shouldn't underestimate them. They pulled off the pager attack, they seem to know exactly where top people are hour to hour to kill them, they killed Nasrallah, and they used stuxnet and I assume continued to develop along those lines. They are also absolutely shameless and genocidal and know the western world will cover for them if they use nukes and claim it was in self defense and make up lies about how Iran was even at the moment of the strike assembling their own nuke to fire at pissrael and only nuking them stopped it and yada yada.

Guess it could also be

  1. US enters war directly, starts using bunker busters and hitting Iranian launch sites. Could easily see them disable 90% of Iranian missile launch capabilities for advanced weapons capable of penetrating the zionist entity's defenses and leaves them only more mobile less sophisticated and more easily intercepted and thus shrugged off older weapons.

Literally the other way around. The west wanted the USSR and Nazi Germany to be mutually destroyed so it could come in, kill off the communist state and do some picking clean of Germany. What happened was Hitler went west first instead of east, probably not the worst move considering as soon as he hit the USSR the western armies would have likely mobilized and invading western Europe would have been more difficult but it's the not the worst move in a losing strategy kind of thing.

Anyways this is why the US did some lend-lease (not free by the way, USSR paid for that stuff) to attempt to keep the USSR up in the fight longer because they didn't think they were as strong as they ended up being and wanted them to weaken Hitler for them.

Once the USSR started winning bricks started being shat. The US did not invade Normandy France and open up another front because they finally decided they had to get rid of this guy. They did it and pushed to Germany because they didn't want the Soviets liberating all of capitalist Europe. They feared this. Many of those countries would have democratically voted for socialism after the actions of their socialist resistance and because of the way things were going before then.

What does the US do after the war? Show they never hated the Nazis. Install them into prominent positions in NATO, Western German government, etc. Bring them over to the US via paperclip. They launch Gladio, sponsor a military coup in Greece to kill leftists and communists, suppress communist and socialist movements for decades in those countries the US "liberated".

Paywall. Archive link?

Edit: I'll do it myself: https://archive.is/nzDtc

The site was part of a network of CIA sites that were first discovered by Iranian authorities more than ten years ago before leading to a wave of deaths of CIA sources in China in the early 2010s.

Important info. This isn't anything super recent or relevant. It was part of a huge network of front sites for communicating with informants.

Ciro Santilli, the researcher, said he was drawn to investigating the network of CIA sites for various reasons: his interest in Chinese politics (he said his mother-in-law is part of the Falun Gong religious movement)

Love to be an impartial reporter and call a dangerous, coercive, violent, racist, controlling cult which itself receives CIA backing (relevant) a "religious movement".

The sad thing is it won't be the same. The denial of the genocide will continue. The west allowed in the one unique instance of the Holocaust acknowledgment of the crimes in order to lionize themselves, demonize their enemies and gain some moral high-ground they very desperately needed to fight the USSR and communism because they fought on the right side in WW2. Because they could paint themselves as being on the right side on that one it was trumpeted around and taught and wailed about unlike all the others before it because it was part of a narrative of triumph over evil, of the west being good, of standing and fighting for good to justify it's atrocities and attacks on communism. This instance because they're not just on the side-lines but actively abetting will be denied for quite some time and when it is acknowledged it'll still be contested in the way that teaching about Jim Crow and racism in America is contested today by chuds and quite a few liberals who will acknowledge but state they had no way of knowing, they were fooled by the tricksters who ran pissrael (happily engaging in anti-semitic tropes because they have their aided the zionists card). Or some other revisionism like it was all Netanyahu and a cabal of close others and a few bad apples in the IOF and how you can't dismiss the whole of the zionist project and you're not allowed to talk about the polls from the era showing the overwhelming support for genocide among the zionist colonists who live in the entity, etc, etc.

I really worry this is a stepping stone. They'll next try and ban children's toothpaste with fluoride (lower amounts than adult toothpaste due to the risk of kids swallowing it) and after that they'll ban or demand much lower levels of fluoride in all toothpaste.

The only place you'll be able to get it will be from a dentist and it'll be deemed "medically unnecessary and experimental" so not covered by government insurance for the poor and possibly not by some scummy and especially short-sighted private dental plans (which are only really discount plans and a free teeth cleaning coupon anyways compared to regular non-teeth health insurance which actually covers procedures a lot of the time). The teeth of the poor will rot even more and serve as an even stronger class identifier.

I don't normally think that removing pawns from the chessboard would meaningful change things but in this one instance I think if RFK got hit by a tidal wave of dewormer and/or dropped over dead from an overdose of the poison he takes this nonsense would stop. Yes they'd still be tearing down medicaid and still push some random woo bullshit but not all of this garbage this fast and this stridently.

All they wanted to do was pretend to cut government "waste", scare people, shake them down for loyalty, push them to purge DEI and progressive policies or language and then turn the spigots back on once the obedience was there.

Who denies climate change too. Thinks because he writes vaguely science-related stuff he's qualified to dispute the conclusive findings of thousands of scientists in their field and dozens of world-wide scientific bodies.

think-about-it

America can't be blamed for the next pandemic if we turn off all surveillance and early warning, gag scientists, stop any reporting on it, stop looking for it, etc. Then when it does break out into a pandemic there won't be any solid proof of where it came from and we can blame China (or maybe Mexico since this is Trump) for that as well.

[-] [email protected] 49 points 5 months ago

Trump does this for this questionable guy because someone whispered his name in his ear and yet Biden only commutes Leonard Peltier and puts him in a position where Trump can either have the FBI harass him to death in home confinement or maybe even send him right back to prison because he merely commuted the sentence rather than pardoning. Fuck Biden. Even when he does something sorta good it's done so ~~incompetently~~ incompletely and badly as to be almost more a taunt than a good deed.

All of this is bad but what particularly stands out is that criticism of a rival social media parent company is removed. That's uh pretty telling they're either being bought by them or bending the knee in a kind of agreement to no competition, no defending yourself, no shitting on American companies, allowed type arrangement which really is more like full prostration head to the ground than kneeling come to think of it. Hopefully it implodes.

Seymour Hersh is now reporting that the zionist occupation plans to annex the west bank in the next couple of weeks so that it's a fact on the ground by the time Trump gets into office.

Words cannot begin to express the anger and rage I feel.
