If it's anything like the deer where I live they fucking had it coming. But I agree that, if communities could tag themselves by subject/category, there could be options to subscribe or block tags for people who like to browse the All feed.
I have a few qualms with effective altruism, but ultimately feel they're affecting positive change. Really interesting article, thanks for linking it.
