It's incredibly easy to prove that charlie kirk was a racist, sexist and fascist, to the point where no one who liked him actually think those are bad things. Maybe a decade or so ago I could see the point of doing this little theatre for the sake of more "respectable" conservatives who cared about optics, but today's mainstream conservatism just says the quiet part out loud, so who is this for?
It's so odd to see the contrast between legacy and social media, and the former feels so out of the touch with the reactions people are having. It's not just dedicated leftists who are celebrating his death, anywhere that isn't maga-brain infested is filled with people dunking on this guy. So many people are clearly fed up with people dedicating their life to spouting the vilest shit imaginable and never suffering any consequences for it.
It comes off as so disingenous when lib newspapers are eulogizing this guy without adressing the very obvious elephant in the room that this was a reprehensible, vile human being.
The tweet has it backwards. The fascists are throwing a tantrum because they tried to make it happen and it was ignored.
