It looked like it got hit with an ATGM (which are best used at long range), so I think the missile came from across the valley, likely from somewhere further down the same hill that the video was shot from.
Idk what the exact layout of the Trophy APS system is on Merkavas, but the turret looked like it was pointed away from where the missile came from, so I'm guessing the APS would've also been pointed away (assuming it was installled/working in the first place).
Honestly, I'm more curious as to what the hell even happened for the tank to get into that position in the first place. It seems like an incredibly exposed position, but at the start of the video its turret is at least pointing down the hill. Then when the video cuts to where the missile is fired, the turret is basically pointed in the opposite direction. The lack of any obvious engine exhaust fumes at the end also makes it seem like the tank had already been abandoned by the time the missile hit.
Just read on twitter that they took out the cameras with machine gun fire, which like, how many millions of dollars did they spend on those things just for them to still be vulnerable to a fucking PKM or DShK lmao. You'd think they'd at least try to make Hezbollah have to use a Kornet on them or something like that.

Back with another mix of some slower Breakbeat stuff, along with a bit of Techno & Garage. Hope y'all enjoy o7
I don't think we're gonna see any governmental level support, with the exception of Iran & maybe Syria. Afaik Egypt & Jordan have both announced that they're ready to send non-military aid to Gaza, but the current governments of both countries are far too pro-Israel (and/or pro-US) to ever intervene militarily.
Hezbollah is currently engaged with Israel, though it's mainly in the form of shelling & missiles at the moment. IIRC they'd initially said that they'd come to the support of the Palestinians if Israel invaded Gaza, and from what I can tell they're still holding back considerably, likely waiting to see where this goes before fully committing.
Iraqi & Yemeni resistance leaders have announced that they'd start attacking US assets/military bases if the US gets involved. I also just saw a tweet saying that an Iraqi resistance leader has announced that they're fully prepared to aid Palestinians in liberating Jerusalem, though I'm not sure as to how exactly they plan to do that considering that their most direct route to the West Bank is through Jordan.
As for Syria, I honestly haven't heard anything about what they're doing in all of this. I imagine they'd almost certainly get involved if they feel there's a decent chance they'd be able to retake the Golan heights, but they're probably gonna wait and see where this goes first. Israel did announce that they'd attack Syria if Hezbollah gets involved though, so they're probably gonna get dragged into this whether they want to or not.
Honestly probably doesn't matter if they're using Huawei or not, 'cause Egyptian intelligence new this was coming and warned Israel that something big was gonna happen in Gaza, and they chose to ignore it and focus on suppressing the West Bank instead.

- bye2
I'd also like to give a dishonorable mention to TOKYOPILL, since it seems like a lot of the artists in this niche consider him to be an arrogant prick, and iirc someone also accused him of SA this year (though for what it's worth, I couldn't find the where this claim originally came from).
It's a fun song, but kinda ruined by the fact that Acidgvrl & Swimswim (who may or may not be the same person) are easily the most annoying producers to come out of the wave of artists inspired by Sewerslvt.
The main reason a lot of people don't really care for them seems to be that they have a whole network of sock puppet accounts on YouTube that spam "Breakcore" "mixes" that only feature songs by Acidgvrl & Swimswim, along with maybe a few tracks by artists like Sewerslvt, Machine Girl, etc. so that they can get a boost in the algorithm (they also tend to have clickbait-y thumbnails & titles to boot). For example, I found this channel in the recommended videos section under the Breakcore Kush MV, which sure enough only features music from Acidgvrl & Swimswim, and also seems to have spent the past month reuploading the same 3-4 mixes every few days under different titles. And I've personally run across 2 other channels with nearly identical behavior patterns, as well as seen a few posts on Reddit from people who also found very similar YT channels.
On top of that, Acidgvrl & Swimswim's actual music output also follows a very similar pattern of constantly spamming out short, undercooked tracks with overly meme-y titles & screenshots of VRChat anime girls as artwork. So overall it just feels like they don't really care about the music and are just trying to game the algorithms to gain popularity.

New Atmospheric Jungle mix, hope y'all enjoy o7.
Yeah, I see that now. I was looking at pictures of Merkavas on the wiki page for Trophy and got confused as to which part was the radar and which was the launcher (also doesn't help that they only have one photo where you can see the radar on the rear of the turret).
I did see on the War Thunder forums that the Trophy system installed on the Merkava MK.3s only have one charge on each side of the turret, whereas Trophy on Merkava MK.4s have 3 charges per side. I can't tell which model of Merkava is in the video, but if it's a MK.3, maybe the video cut out a prior missile ~~hit~~ attack that depleted the Trophy system on the right side of the turret, which then caused the crew to panic and abandon the tank.
