Comes down to personal preference, but I like the size/performance combination of the 14' Pro.

If the difference is only ~$400 right now I'd probably suggest splurging for the M3 for the sake of longevity.

If it’s primarily productivity and light gaming on the side and you really want Mac I’d suggest Pro since it has a fan.

Avoid if you can, they run more hot as well
