I hate how people are willing to pay for a mod that has drm and will crash games if the auth checks fail.
Not even a huge mod literally just fake frames

Its a cute device, but 90 bucks without a pi or sd card?
If the release is on Deezer, you can use deemix and you can get a arl with some easy googling
I will say this post isn't completely true. Denuvo (on pc) requires online checks but from what I've experienced it's typically every 2-4 weeks. I've played persona 4 and 5 on my steam deck without internet just fine.
Edit: Of course this could change for switch. It would be backwards as fuck, but I suppose it is possible
Let's be real, the devs of switch emulators will get past whatever shit they put in. Denuvo isn't gonna harm switch games nearly as bad as PC games
Edit: Worse case it just need a more unique console identification which might curve piracy but not stop legit emulation
This was my experience with schooling as well. Sure I had my phone but it wasn't what I needed to lose focus. The issue is how school is taught. I've had classes where I'm so focused and invested because of the professor and content. My mind wouldn't even think about being bored. But some professors are honestly shit and don't engage enough. Couple that with the general school environment and boom nobody wants to be there.
My steam deck is kinda perfect for retro gaming. But this handheld looks neat too, so I might check it out.

If you are like me and have a dummy hdmi and wanna switch to it when streaming this helps as well.
Pretty much all of history has shown times of peace and comfort lead to stagnation. Which unfortunately means that violence to some extent has always been part of the answer
I've consulted the best in the industry, from meme ai to that weird 60 something year old conspiracy blogger. I am without a doubt sure.
For me the major red flag is the price going up for inflation. The game went up in price when it left Early Access already and that was 3 years ago. But now the game is being sold as a full game sure it might get updates but one can expect a finished product to at least stay the same price, not go up.
As for sales, at least on PC games are pretty much always on sale either through steam directly or from sites like humble or greenmangaming. You can pretty much pickup any not recent game for 20% off at anytime if you search gg.deals or a similar service.
This is true. Best use is still using something like soulseek for offline files but algorithm actually let's you discover outside of the same couple dozen bands
