- Set your Heart Rate Zones
- 80% cardio workouts in zone 2
- 20% sprint and high intensity interval training
- Cut out alcohol completely
- Eat better, eat clean foods, remove processed foods entirely; aim for proper macros
- Don’t eat 3 hours before bedtime
- Do lots of breathing and/or meditation
- Don’t read a screen an hour before bed and when you wake up
It’s a beta feature for the Vision Pro, it’s shocking how they rolled this out for the watch first and called it a feature lol.
I wouldn’t buy a watch for Athlytic. I used it for nearly a year but gave up on it. The results were unreliable and often erratic.
It depends on how hard you’re pushing. The higher your heart rate goes above a certain average across the total distance VO2Max may decrease because you’re pushing harder than you’re running farther.
Finally. WTF took so long.

It’s shocking how poor it along with the photos app is in general compared to others like Google Photos.
