No

Having a boss that lets you go home on time, or early, so you don't repeat his mistakes is a privilege.

The boss could say all this, and still demand impossible deadlines. Mine did.

They will for Enterprise - their only paying clients.

Home is fucked.

Pro is probably soon to be fucked.

Idk a tiny almost imperceptible scratch causing you to retry installing 3 or 4 times might a contender. At least the missing disk is a clear error.

I mean if you were going to eat a sandwich. Wouldn't you prefer that no one has fucked it first?

And sometimes it's both...

My 4 year old ran around in a dinosaur costume yelling "Abra Dabra" last week.

Yeah fast food is a lot more stressful.

Every single job in my entire life I have made more money, and my workload has gotten easier. I am grateful everyday I escaped the trap. Very few do.

My daughter has been a helper since she was 2. We encouraged it despite the very obvious frustration and now we have a somewhat competent helper years later.

For anyone unaware how frustrating it can be. Watch the Omelette episode of Bluey...

She was expected to do chores as soon as we believed her capable. That included bringing her dirty laundry to the laundry room. Putting dirty clothes away. Cleaning plates before putting in the dishwasher.

Most people who seek professional help have at one time attempted to self-medicate to resolve their issues.

Stimulants are what you would self-medicate with for ADHD. Caffeine is a simulant.

Source: I used to drink up to 3 energy drinks per day to stay on task at work. It was literally killing me

We are doing stickers and glow sticks. Bought the "rave family special" online. It was still cheaper than candy.

Worst case Ontario - we now have emergency lightning, and an activity that will take hours for the kids.
