I had a reading focus which disabled wifi. It messed me up lol
Sadly, this is something you can never answer without doing it. A lot of people have fantasies which they think they will like irl but end up disappointed.
I am not able to place where I am in this. No one looks like me. There are parts of me that match every picture >15%.
I am not satisfied with how I look. I can see some muscle definition but not as much as I want.
I have cut out ultraprocessed food entirely from my diet and eat junk food only once a week. All other meals are whole foods.
I don’t know my body fat percentage. I am 6” and 105 kg.
Sometimes tasks go to the trash randomly. It doesn’t happen consistently enough to see what causes it.
I agree with this. Our actions are more important than our thoughts.
What I am saying is that drunk actions are equal to sober actions. Speaking your thoughts is an action.

To be noted that I check my weight daily and use 1% as a warning sign that things might not be at maintenance. When it crosses 1.5-2%, I definitely know and take action.

Unless you are training to be a professional, do whatever you can do consistently.
I currently do 1 compound and 2 isolation exercises on each day, with some forearm work. I used to do 5-6 exercises per day but it felt too exhausting and I needed a deload after a few weeks.
I am seeing good progress with both routines. It might be a little less in the new one but I have much more energy throughout the day.
