Working on the customisation of my homebrew arcade machine. Solved a lot of problems this weekend and now it is the fun part. After the game overlays are set, I get to try and get the light guns mapped (without conflicts with the spinners hopefully)

Inscryption, I went in expecting a short card based escape room with a lil bit of meta story. I found so much more, by the end the risk investment was great!

Abiotic Factor, has been a pearl. Survival in a 90's science center complex in the middle of Australia. Good mechanics once you get past the water hump. The story has the right amounts of dread and humor, and the stakes /difficulty / rewards ramp up just right for me.

Oh and still playing noita... Finally cleared it this year

I have been playing a load of Abiotic Factor, It sits on the sweet spot between story and fun for me, Constant new mechanics, always the feeling that I am sneaking in a better way to do the thing. Game kinda Feels like Valheim got cuddley with HalfLife.
