This is also blatant misinformation. No judge ever made a finding that he was associated with MS-13. The government asserted it in court but it's never been proven. The immigration proceedings largely revolved around his asylum application, interview, and testimony.

So they're lying in an attempt to make it sensational enough to bust past due process. For an example of how that looks long term, check Duterte's regime in the Philippines. Many people were killed extrajudicially and written off as drug dealers.

Literal "Soros Bucks" in broad daylight.

Crickets.

It was always projection.

This is not normal. He did not commit a crime. Everyone in these borders has first amendment rights specifically to prevent the government from just declaring some people non citizens and oppressing them.

Stop existing to work. Instead create the memories now. Go have fun now. In the US the retirement age is going up to 70. One of the reasons is specifically because people are getting more good years, so of course the bar had to be moved. Enjoying retirement is a con.

Don't ever engage with culture sensing surveys honestly. The only place they weren't a trap (ironically) was the US Army where they did it on paper, punished people for putting their names on them, and walked right past your entire immediate chain of command to their bosses with the results. And the one time things were truly bad they literally brought in a Sociology expert to study our unit and figure out how things had gone bad, it resulted in all new leadership and team building exercises, in a war zone. (These results do not extend to other branches, I had one done by the Navy and it was corpo trap bullshit, got a lot of the Army guys there by surprise.)

If veteran charities could stop trying to align with fascists this veteran would be a lot happier. I have PTSD and I don't want a dime of this money. That dumbfuck created his situation and killed someone over property that wasn't his after threatening to kill protestors. The only reason he isn't locked up is because the judge is as fascist as he is.

I lost 4,000 friends fighting Authoritarianism and Religious Extremism. I'm not sure where the fuck anyone thinks it's a good idea to associate us with far right stuff except for the guys trying to recruit us.

ITT- You're allowed your first amendment right to protest war crimes, just not where I can see or be inconvenienced. Because all of the civil rights and anti war protests in the past 70 years that were truly successful were very polite and inconvenienced no one.

This seems like a good place to post this reminder that in the last 50 years income has lost to inflation by 137 points. That's decades of prices rising faster than wages. It's not rocket science. They walked away with all of the productivity gains, and gave the entire country a pay cut at the same time. You want a boring dystopia? How about stealing your paycheck a couple percentage points a year until suddenly we realize we can't afford to live without 3 full time incomes in one household.

So they fucked it up and then there's a real gem in the article. The jury voted to give him life without parole. A judge overruled that jury to give him the death penalty anyways.

There are no more laws. Only the whims of judges.
