No one does that.

If your policy change is going to harm the less fortunate then you should re-evaluate the policy.

A land value tax just shifts those who can't afford it out of their homes and hands more land over to the wealthy.

Land isn't the problem with housing. The problem is that developers have figured out it's more profitable to build fewer expensive properties than a large number of affordable ones. Not only do they have to do less work, but it keeps the market artificially low and so lets them charge more for what inventory they do have.

So they do just that.

And the residential development market has such a huge investment level to enter you won't see many willing to roll the dice on mass producing affordable housing.

Show me a home builder who has plans which are less than 3k sqft these days. You won't find one.

Eh, I'm here to relax and have fun.

Not be told I'm a piece of shit who deserves to be executed because I had the audacity to be born every ten minutes.

I just don't see the value versus the effort I guess.

I don't currently have a valid passport; I haven't felt a need for one.

America itself is so big that I can spend my life visiting different parts of it and never run out.

Having a passport and traveling intentionally just feels like an unwanted hassle.

Yes, they exist, but then so do lesbian women.

The existence of homosexuality doesn't make the gender imbalance any less painful.****

Capitalism has done as much as it has for the advancement of the human species because it aligns with our basic nature (gather and amass resources) while producing and innovating with the unintended side effect of improving quality of life overall.

I still feel that regulated capitalism is the way to go for most industries. The exception is services which should have 100% coverage, such as medical, acidemia or utilities. Those should be government ran.

I was pointing out that this statement you made:
Gaza has a majortiy of Muslims but never rejected "citizenship" to Jews or Christians.

Is very, very wrong.

What question do you want answered? Most of what you stated seemed to be rhetorical.

The credit is for a full book, regardless of book cost.

So you get one full book and then any other books you buy are discounted.

But the big reason I go with them is they give you DRM free audio files of the books to download and keep. Most books are both in m4a and mp3 format.
