I've definitely heard that from people and I appreciate the visceral quality of books. The smell, the feel, writing in the margins with a Dixon Ticonderoga pencil.
I used to try reading on my phone, but I can't read more than like 80-100 pages on it, at a certain point I just can't bring myself to do it. Probably a similar thing. So the e-ink is 1000% better than the phone. Also small to medium sized books are fine but if I'm reading 1000+ page doorstop the kobo is great.
It's just a perfect record. No filler, nothing is forgettable or boring, every song fucks. Ill def listen to this today now
