I haven't let it go down to zero, the lowest it goes is 20% and I only charge it up to 100 if I am going out.

that is reassuring, I will keep an eye on it to see if it gets worse
I feel like 97 for only 22 cycles is too much but I am not sure. Should I worry?
I use this laptop for very very basic university work and never push it.
