It’s so expensive in Canada, and many of the schools here don’t provide many benefits. My grad school didn’t have housing, so I got fucked over during the housing crisis. The stipend literally put m 1/3 below the poverty line in my city. Be aware.

Dude I don’t understand why the ones in New York such assholes. Like is it too much to be treated like a normal human being. I’ve also caught hints of prejudice toward how they treated me and treated others with a foreign accent. It’s disgusting

  • I can see this being an issue as legacy students that are their based on their parents merits are probably getting grades they don’t deserve. But I assume if you’re in Harvard for UG, you probably are in the top percentile of all students in the world. So why play the weed out game with them?

I don't want to see porn on my feed, so i disabled nsfw. However, alot of memes are marked nsfw. Is there anyway a new system could be implemented here in Lemmy? Like a nsfw and a rnsfw (really not safe for work)? or more tags in general?

The suggestions are received from other users are: MCLM (may contain lewd material) OTLIOBBD (ok to look in office but be discreet) PNSFW (pornographically Not safe fro work)

and a global spoiler tag would be appreciated

Also, sorry for the repost, I asked this in asklemmy first, and was told to redirect my question here.
