Nothing special happened in particular really. I suspect that a lot of people might just like the visual. To be honest, I just chose a frame in which the characters were as confused as I was because I thought it was funny. This show's strength is definitely its visuals.
I say that, but there are a lot of lurkers. I posted a while back about my experience posting a clip to this community. If you don't want to dive into the technical details, the short version is that I could see from the super basic analytics from cloudflare, that clips I post can get 700-1000 views while only getting ~10 upvotes. I haven't been keeping track of the analytics since that first post, but the community has grown a lot since back then, so who knows how many people are actually seeing the post.
That certainly was an episode. That's all that I can really say about this tbh
I have had a lot of fun these past two episodes trying to pick a screenshot for the post to capture how I felt watching it. When Rouge dropped this line near the end of the episode, I literally pointed at my screen and said, "That's it!"
Rouge pretty much sums up most of this episode with this line...
Like I mentioned last week, I am not going to try to make sense of this story. If you can understand what is going on in this story, more power to you, but I am confused as hell and, judging by both Rouge and Naomi this episode, I am not alone. My running thoughts:
You pretty much summed up my exact thoughts on this show. It's really pretty to watch, and I'm having fun, but each episode I get more and more confused.
With this show, I have settled into just unwrapping a chocolate bar, turning my story brain off, and just taking in the visuals and OST. It is very clear that the story was really the lowest priority when they were developing this show.
