I've found this amazing prop store! "Bad Dragons", you know them? They got merch!
One of these memes led me to their store. They actually have really nice hats, shirts, hoodies, game mats, dice sets, cups, mugs, etc., and the prices are pretty low given the quality.

The best part about this is that the section near the tip is clearly more worn out than the rest.
For any depth D the tip experiences D^2/2 times the wear, so that’s natural.
Taking into account the time investment, (I’ll use federal minimum wage even though your time is worth a whole lot more than that) this wouldn’t be much more expensive than a well-painted kraken mini.
