Yes. I think everyone needs to hear these words. From a friend, lover or even a stranger.

That’s why Jesus is so popular.

Love, wine and snacks, and he's cool with most everyone, even prostitutes and tax collectors. Just don't try to bring capitalism into his temple or he'll flip tables on you.

It feels extremely weird to say it but I can get behind this kind of attitude. We need more of this. I love you too.

Hey Thanks, there's nothing lost in this attitude. Although, I mean this in a pure way, nothing sexual or religious.

The idea, you close your eyes to and share to the world.

I want that warmth and I share it to you.

It's weird to say it because it's unhinged.

Love is for established relationships with proven trust.

I think the whole point of this post is to highlight that that kind of love is a very narrow view of what the word can mean.

Love of your tribe USED to be commonplace. Love of our species and our planet could do us all a lot of good and I think it’s an admirable viewpoint to try to embody, particularly in the face of how difficult it is to feel these days.

I am the poster of love.

Whilst I agree with what you said.

I believe Religion has hijacked sending love to all people.

This vibe where they think they are special.

I genuinely think you are worthy of love because you will be better for our society.

Giving you a hug (light touch, above the waiste)

Every inch of me will perish. Every inch but one. An inch, it is small, and it is fragile, but it is the only thing in the world worth having. We must never lose it or give it away. We must never let them take it from us. I hope that, whoever you are, you escape this place. I hope that the world turns and that things get better. But what I hope most of all is that you understand what I mean when I tell you that, even though I do not know you, and even though I may never meet you, laugh with you, cry with you, or kiss you, I love you. With all my heart, I love you.

That seriously touched me, gonna burn it into my poetry brain.

I also wanted to give you a warm embrace and look at you with kindness, for you to spend a day with me cooking and eating, playing instruments, watching the sun hideaway, lighting a fire and laughing as friends.

Its sorta considered the highest form although if your saying it to people you don't know at all I kinda question the sincerity.

I question sincerity but there are times my thoughts about society give me this feeling there is not enough love in this world, just love, nothing special, like it should be around, such disparate nationalities and yet love, not hate.

In many places, this is the norm.

but if the love is just love is it love? is it self love with no real direction? all goes back to. what is love?

In my understanding there are Loves, a plural meaning.

Although, lover/partner is sexual mating bonding love Although, family is bonding love Although, Friends is a bonding love

Idea: We should extend this more.

Why: As our society contracts on population we will be increasingly isolated, it just fact.

Why: Because we use social media instead of conversation

Why: We must reconnect as communities to survive

Why: Why the fuck not? Who is telling you who to love who?

Why: I will need your company in the future and I hope you work this out.

Why: It's good for the society your in and it builds intergenerational trust

Why: We stop caring about billionaires and start caring about our local group

Why: There is not enough love

Why: I love you, without condition.

and that is just it. it is a plural meaning. so the more disconnected and generalized it is the less special it essentially is. its like the thoughts and prayers. love is more meaningful when somone knows you and it effects how they run their day to day life. sure you love me and god loves me and x5b9 from the planet blurg loves me because they look to love all.

I will always love you, unconditionally. but the way I show my love is dependent on your actions.

as I tell my kids, usually when they're about to do something incredibly stupid.

    how am I gaslighting them?

    it's called honesty in parenting.

I will always love you, unconditionally.

    pretty straight forward.

but the way I show my love is dependent on your actions.

If you misbehave I have to reprimand and punish you for your actions. I do it out of love and care for who you will become.

    are you always this dense?

"I will always love you unconditionally, but in practice I will always love you conditionally"

Hmm yeah where could the problem be chief

I'm liking the verbal attacks too, huh. You're gonna be parent of the year no?

Unconditional love in the wild is super rare. Like the love of a golden retriever. Rarely is there a carrot without the looming implication of a stick.

She said love love love is everything.
I said yeah, I guess, whatever.
She said what the hell does that mean?
I said nothin', it's just good to have a backup plan.

She said I guess that means you don't got love.
I said maybe I love everyone.
She said that's the same as loving no one.
I said ok, I guess, whatever.

    This is tortological,

It assumes love is belonging to someone and then tears it apart.

It's not the love I want to be part of.

    It's Jealous.

Sending you a NON RELIGIOUS HUG.

nice to hear your words, the world must hear eachother.

I send a virtual non religious hug your way too. My ex used to make fun of the "Christian Hug" where people just sort of lean towards each other and lightly embrace without hardly touching.
