And how would they stop him? Even if they tell him he can't, they can't enforce it. And nearly all Republicans in Congress have turned a blind eye to his shenanigans so far. The fact that they haven't impeached him yet means that they are fine with this. I don't give a shit what they actually say. Actions matter more than words.

Gonna give it 6 months till we have an official propaganda department. It'll probably be called the "Departmant of Truth" or something.
it already exists. they just rename "White House Office of the Press Secretary"
Looking forward to the 6-3 SCOTUS ruling saying public money can be used for partisan ads because the Constitution doesn’t explicitly say it can’t
Yeah? I bet Kamala would've done it too! They are the same, after all!
/s for the dim witted
Why is everyone sucking Kamilas dick lately?
I probably shouldn't have said that so crudely but I'm serious... Why is everyone saying this lately... It's like I keep seeing the same very similar comment for the past two weeks. Why now? Why is it happening at the same time too?
I'm asking because it's odd and it noticably stuck out to me... It's just bizarre. Not trying to be political.
I think this election is bringing up old feeling. That or some PAC had some think-tank spit it out as a strategy.
Some poll put her winning against the Republican heirs-to-the-shit-covered-throne so now we get to hear about it for the next two years.
They said that when she was running against Trump. Look how that turn out. Don't every buy what the polls say.
You know I was expecting comments back that would hate me for asking. It's actually refreshing to get two comments of people that sound like they understand truth.
Because apathy like that got trump into office?
I think Obama campaigning in Michigan set it off, his work for her didn't help her campaign
Yeah, the same thing will happen the last time he was found guilty of campaign finance violations

Prosecutors accused Trump, Cohen, and Pecker of campaign finance violations, alleging they coordinated payments to two women and concealed them as part of a conspiracy to influence the 2016 election

Merchan made Trump the first U.S. president to be sentenced for a crime by issuing an unconditional discharge – which upholds charges but issues no fine, probation, or jail time.
America has propaganda laws?
Maybe we should abolish the presidency. Whole branch, just remove it.
Congress can appoint a commander in chief and an executor for things that need it with clear and easy removal processes. Executive government functioning should avoid being political whenever possible. Politics should require deliberation. The people shouldn’t be electing directly a single point of failure that can launch nukes.
The Supreme Court can double check if congress isn’t violating the updated constitution, but it should never be allowed to make defacto laws from the bench. If there is no law on something they should be forced to submit it to congress to vote on before a ruling is made. It can only be a recommendation.
If we want no kings we need to really move away from having approximate kings. We need an even more distributed system with even better ways for the people at large to influence changes and congress is the only body we have that is a more representative sample of the people.
The Supreme Court are currently mini kings and the executive we have learned is actually a kingship in disguise, and these things need to be modified substantially.
So, parliament + prime minister?
Uh... This congress?
Honestly, the more he centers the election on himself the better things are likely to go.
It’ll be really ironic if telling the truth is finally what sinks Ken Paxton
More wasted money, add it to the pile wasted on vanity projects, destruction, lawsuits, and to other wealthy creeps in on his grift. It has to be more wasted than his last time and anyone else. Rather than use tax revenue to help and improve ACA or anything that helps real people, voters chose this and all the money wasted to put people in concentration camps, and more wealthy getting rich off human suffering paid with our taxes. Hmm options, spend taxes to feed all students vs spend taxes to hurt immigrants and local economies. Usa chose the latter one way or another twice which shows the real values. Do better and stop falling for the propaganda.
