This is just bukake. That's literally what it means.

    KAGI search returns:

Bukkake (ぶっかけ) means "to splash/pour over," referring to a common cooking technique of ladling broth or sauce onto noodles or rice. You'll see it in everyday dish names like bukkake soba (cold buckwheat noodles with dashi poured over them) and bukkake meshi (rice with broth/sauce splashed on top)

The etymology breaks down as bu (an emphatic prefix, "with a bang") + kakeru (to pour, splash) → "to hit/pour hard"

TIL: I like to bukake pancakes, waffles and french toasts.

Now that I start to think about it a lot of sex euphemisms are cooking or food related.

    Beating the meat

    Flicking the bean

    Eating out

    Tossing the salad

    Cherry popping

    Sausage fest

    Stuffing the meat

    Milking

    Creampie

    Pussy juice

    The list goes on.
