Distillin' daaay

Have just finished up the cooking of a slow-roast chicken (with lemon & garlic). It worked spectacularly well. Haven't done that recipie for aaaaages but was easily as good as I remember. Lots of leftover juice too which is going to be a ramen base come Monday.
