I dared to open TWO cans in the kitchen and NEITHER were for Alfie. The horror, the shame, the SCREAMING from the cat!

Alfie would never. A shoe is too dirty for his shit. He needs the cleanest of environments in order to defecate!

I once had a dream about my old man dog, a chihuahua x pom, in which he had (in the most disturbing of circumstances) "But, Mother, why must I stave?" and I am still traumatised by that dream and Toby has been gone nearly 2 years.
In saying that, I love when Alfie jumps on me at 4am, in hoping I'll wake up to feed him and I launch him across the room... only to hear him go to this bowl and start nomming on the bikkies that have been there all freakin' night.
