I literally don't know how america can come back from the mentality of enjoying other human's suffering. That doesn't seem like a symptom that people ever really recover from, especially when reality seems to be rewarding them for it

Every other ad I see is for Jordan Peterson’s weird little propaganda university. I think it’s different from Praeger U, but I don’t watch long enough to know. People are signing up to pay their hard earned, vanishingly valuable dollars to watch right wing propaganda videos. They hunger for it.

Most governments today are perfectly happy benefiting from overseas slave wages and exploitation. I'd argue America at least is the most racially conscious society. Everywhere has racists but God damn talking to some Europeans or Africans or South Americans reminds me how socially aware America is
I mean, it's been here since day 1. It never went anywhere, and it probably never will. But it can be beaten down and drowned and muzzled, relegated to the background noise, at least for a time. And things can get better for that time.

It starts by treating people with respect from higher tiers of the government. That justifies the voices of reason who would stand up for those who cannot themselves stand.

Propaganda exists whether intentional or not. It’s what drives culture, change, and resistance. It can be used to attack minorities. It can also be used to help minorities. In essence, propaganda is just a narrative which influences masses of people. At a different scale, you might call this a pep talk; large scale, it’s propaganda.
We could use propaganda which blasts some compassion into the minds of our countrymen.

Yes, and the left needs to get better at NOT pre-compromising and instead saying what they actually want. Leaving no room for negotiations is not viable in a two party system. This was the great failure of the Clintonista "Third Way" that literally drove GOP policy further right.
