Biden was hamstrung by Congress, but what he absolutely could have done is immediately fire everyone who was ever put in power by Trump, put in a progressive attorney general and expand the courts.

He shat on the domestic emoluments clause on day one of term one, and there's been no repercussions. Why would he stop now?
Direct market manipulation wasn't getting him enough profit so now he's literally selling access to his market-manipulation announcements.
I'd say this is literally criminal evidence in a future court date if this was any country other than the US (or Russia, etc).
