Yes. If Bill was sitting in prison for war crimes, and ultimately wouldn't be remember fondly; yes it's funny. So yes I see the Clinton's as funny. If only their status, power, and influence reflected the reality. (I would absolutely want them back in office over trump.) Bombing Yugoslavia was one of the small handful of good things NATO ever did, but the other person is talking about the civilian casualties here. One would presume the people involved in murder and rape don't count towards those number.
