Yeah I've heard of that, but so far it's just rumours. Hopefully it ends up being something reasonable.

I'd get on graphene in a second if they supported more than one phone, and I'm not buying a damn Pixel alright. Google if you don't and Google if you do.

There's a solution here you're not seeing... RGB lights. Setting the hue on the fly to match what I need has been pretty neat. Pure white for work, natural white for relaxing, red only for venting in the summer since insects can't see it, green and blue strobe for dance nights, the only limit is your imagination. Living in the future has at least a few perks to go with all the downsides.

The bureaucratic kind, one that usually involves a government given pfx, adobe acrobat and some text plus timestamp. Okular can do it if you put your mind to it and waste a lot of time but it's really involved.

Yeah it depends on how much you'd use it I guess. I remember playing some old titles on a GBA emulator app back during highschool breaks, but it kinda got old quickly. Would be pointless to buy something specifically for it unless you're really into it, but if so something like this that's well integrated would be pretty neat to have.

I guess it really depends on what the metric you want to gauge by is, 'contribution' is very vague. Manpower, resources, effect, something else?

It could also be that the survey question was later phrased more as who contributed the most in France during WW2, which would not include the Soviets much at all.

"Kif, show them the medal I won"

I don't think dying a lot necessarily means means doing much, it just means that you are incompetent and have a careless disregard for life.

In a fascistic enough world where this would matter, people who abstain from the system are automatically flagged to be shot too, just fyi. You gotta also fill the normie services with conformist content to not become a detected anomaly if you really want to do it properly.

in 2016, there was a group in Spain that first looked longitudinally at moms who were recruited before becoming pregnant and then scanned for a second time a few months after the birth of an infant. What they found is going to sound like a bad joke, but it’s actually we think a good thing, which is the brain got smaller. So it lost some gray matter volume between that first preconception time point and the postpartum scan.

It's official folks, having kids makes you an idiot :D

Why wouldn't China invade Taiwan yesterday? Cheap justifications are a dime a dozen, allied fleets of over a hundred ships next door ready to respond to an invasion on a dime are not.
