Middle manager in call center reading this: "Apparently you've been lazy bums giving your 50% at best"

Mine can't. There's some low level to mid level translation going on most of the time.

I don't speak a second language fluently though and I didn't learn both from the time I was a baby so I wonder if those factors have anything to do with how this works.
