Patriot Front was founded in 2017 following the deadly Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. The neo-fascist hate group has gained visibility over the years as those connected to white supremacy organizations have been widely embraced by the Trump administration.

The founding rally:

Still though, could you imagine being her?

They accuse anyone to the left of Hitler of hating America while flying the flag of an enemy nation defeated 150+ years ago.

[-] Semi_Hemi_Demigod@lemmy.world 57 points 1 week ago

To be fair I am to the left of Hitler and hate America.

Not even the flag of an enemy nation. They chose the battle standard of a particular regiment.

[-] saltesc@lemmy.world 16 points 1 week ago

That's what I was thinking. How is this in any way not the opposite of patriotism? On technicality they're steering torward treason, but neither state they adhere to exists anymore.

The white face mask is the new white pointed hood

[-] SeductiveTortoise@piefed.social 10 points 1 week ago

They chose this color to make flags out of it later, if somehow their brave march went south.

Oh yeah, I forgot a lot of ICE agents have the holiday weekend off.

[-] hexagon527@lemmy.blahaj.zone 66 points 1 week ago

buncha cowards scared to show their faces

The same ones for Palantir and facial recognition against minorities.

[-] MrSulu@lemmy.ml 36 points 1 week ago

Brave patriots. Proudly standing up and not being identified.

[-] bloogoose@lemmy.zip 29 points 1 week ago

Why not start beating their asses or gently running them over when they're seen? Every time we don't act the more this cancer takes root.

[-] mushroommunk@lemmy.today 22 points 1 week ago

There's a reason they wear masks, hide all identifying information, and march only in a large group in sparsely populated areas.

[-] NocturnalMorning@lemmy.world 1 points 1 week ago

Erm...Washington DC is a densely populated area.

[-] mushroommunk@lemmy.today 2 points 1 week ago

In general yes, but the pictures I saw were at Union station and Senate Park. Senate Park is relatively unpopulated. Unless you count the squirrels.

[-] TheDankMemegician36 10 points 1 week ago

Go ahead.

Get yourself an "assault on a federal agent" charge.

[-] Twisted_Alien@lemmy.world 0 points 1 week ago

Is that what you do? I bet you wouldn't do either if you weren't behind a keyboard....

I don't do that because I think murder is wrong even when I think the murderee is a terrible person.

[-] Wataba@sh.itjust.works 4 points 1 week ago

Theyre out to murder you. It is literally you or them.

[-] brownsugga@lemmy.world 23 points 1 week ago

The strangest gay subculture there is

[-] Tempus_Fugit@lemmy.world 16 points 1 week ago

Take the masks off traitors. I'm not afraid of some treasonous rats that hide behind a mask like cowards.

Remember when 4chan identified someone just from their eyes, brow, and nose?

The bike lock bandit. He ended up being an ethics teacher at a college and got fired for beating people with a bike lock. We just need that sort of investigation here.

[-] treesquid@lemmy.world 16 points 1 week ago

Oh look, it's the justification for 30-rd magazines.

[-] wonderingwanderer@sopuli.xyz 15 points 1 week ago

What a way to commemorate the nation's 250th...

[-] nixfreak@sopuli.xyz 12 points 1 week ago

Seriously , a giant mob needs to break up the rally and burn those flags

[-] homes@piefed.world 9 points 1 week ago

DSA, instead, spends time kicking ass at the polls

[-] Arancello@aussie.zone 9 points 1 week ago

The confederacy doing its victory lap.

[-] anarchy79@lemmy.world 8 points 1 week ago

That first image from 2017 is something out of a 90s court room drama about the racist south. It's so extreme it borders on caricature.

[-] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 7 points 1 week ago

How can you be a "patriot" and then promote the flag from another country - a country of losers?

[-] Tollana1234567@lemmy.today 5 points 1 week ago

in the first image, i believe one of them fled to the UK before the pandemic, to avoid being doxxed. so he can finish his business degree.

[-] anarchy79@lemmy.world 1 points 1 week ago

[-] nightmare786@leminal.space 4 points 1 week ago

parading with the flag of losers is so cringe

[-] anon_8675309@lemmy.world 3 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago)

Dude in lower right has a bump cap in his hat.

Edit: I meant lower left. See how smooth his cap is compared to the dudes behind the lady?
