Googling it now. It looks like it, but honestly any of "these" kind of games just feel like they were made for pedophiles. The internet and pop culture really has to have a good long look on otaku culture and how it's promoting shit like this. A big case that comes to mind is the manga artist behind the Kenshin series who was caught with child porn and got a slap on the wrist, and he's still promoted in that scene.
