Yeah, if Moscow has no way of defending against Ukrainian drones then Belarus wouldn't stand a chance neither. They had to switch the repeaters themselves or Ukraine would simply apply remote sanctions.

Seems they could be turned back on during an active attack, then turned back off and deny involvement.
