Dad's dead. How can we possibly milk him for even more cash?
Ozzy's not his dad, it's the family's marketable brand. He's grown up watching his entire family exploit the persona for profit so it makes complete sense that he would feel no sense of cringe or shame at marketing an AI designed to mimic his dead father.
"It's really complex what we're doing. This isn't just like hooking up an image of my dad to ChatGPT."
"Technology has come such a long way to where it's almost drag and drop."
He can't even keep his BS justifications straight in the same speech.
I dont even like my dad all that much as a person but would still become enraged at seeing his corpse puppeteered by the machine. Fucking horrifying.
Tasteful AI?
He should probably be informed that should that be the case, it will be a first!
Talented band. Average whiny singer with lots of hype and marketing behind it. After their TV series, it was clear there was no shame, just marketing. None of this is surprising.
The fact they're cashing in this soon after his death is pretty galling. Surely you're rich enough to take time, grieve without profit motive.
Glad folk are cottoning on.
And "Weekend at Bernie's" was a movie about tasteful ways to move a corpse.
We all wish we had a famous deceased father we could profit from, but at least some of us would hesitate calling it "tasteful". Try "horrifying and cynical cash grab", it's much more fitting.
Wonder if going have this thing write and sing AI songs. And believe the fan base will want to buy these "new" songs.
Who even would anyone want to talk to him? I mean I remember that awful MTv series about the Osbournes like a decade back and Ozzy was not very coherent then, why would anyone want to have a chat with something that resembles that? He was an influential musician, but that doesn't mean he is a wise person to have a chat with.
lets just really twist daddys bloated corpse and wring out the delicious money
