Are the dumbasses finally getting their China phone? Did the pedophile go to China to spank some children to get the assembly line going? I'll say this, aside from the stupid red hats, you'll definitely know who's a moron when they pull out their phone.

Let me guess, it'll start shipping in two weeks?

And if it does it's going to be expensive while being lowest quality and specs ever and riddled with spyware.

When are the Epstein files gonna ship ffs.

[-] osanna@lemmy.vg 4 points 2 days ago

That’s the neat part, they have aboit as much chance of shipping as the trump phone!

morbidly curious to have a chat with someone dumb enough to buy this phone and understand why they like having their money stolen by a known conman

[-] credo@lemmy.world 17 points 3 days ago

It will probably have a physical, one-touch, “donate now” button, right next to the volume buttons.

[-] Treczoks@lemmy.world 1 points 2 days ago

No, the volume buttons will also act as "donate now" buttons. And any app always starts with the volume set to max...

It would be like asking someone who practices judo if they feel stupid when they get bruised in a match, or asking a marathon runner if they feel stupid when they are exhausted after a race.

The people they hate most hate Trump. Therefore anything that is good for Trump is good.

Look at all the people who go to wrestling matches and root for the bad guy. Same mentality.

Such an obvious scam. They promise high end hardware, then delay several months until 'high end' becomes 'mid or entry level', buy the lower costnhardware and harvest the difference.

Old high end phones are much better than new low end even after a few years. They are definitely not getting high end components.

[-] Treczoks@lemmy.world 1 points 2 days ago

They needed the time to find the lowest bidder.

[-] taiyang@lemmy.world 19 points 3 days ago

Honestly, I'm happy they're going forward with it. I want to see just how bad this phone of theirs ends up being.

[-] DarkFuture@lemmy.world 12 points 3 days ago

I'm ok with this because now instead of just losing the $100 deposit the dipshits who bought into this are going to lose hundreds more.

[-] W3dd1e@lemmy.zip 2 points 2 days ago

Im wondering how many people who put a deposit down are actually just reporters. I don’t know anyone in real life who has and I live in a red state.
