Then comes the matter of payment – Gawiser filed a “writ of execution” (another $240 in court fees) just yesterday, which would allow Texas law enforcement to seize and sell off enough of Tesla’s property as would be required to pay the judgment against them. If it comes to that, we hope he brings cameras.

This is the bit I always look forward to.

My favourite was the time the Bank of America refused to pay a fine of $2500 that was issued by a small-claims court, so the court ordered a bailiff to go to a local branch and just take stuff until they had enough to sell off to cover it. Since they couldn't take the cash (it technically wasn't the bank's, they were just holding on to it for depositors) they were wheeling out desks and chairs and whatnot until the bank manager hurriedly wrote a check.

I hope more people do that. I wouldn't put it past them to do some remotely disable retaliation.

A classic case of deny, delay, and dispose

Needs the same treatment

Hope people learn; Tesla is full of lies, their cars low quality and produced by low paid workers and cheapest materials. They do have a major villainous legal department designed to wear you down.

My opinion and maybe experience. By reading this you agree that it is true. If you don't agree, you are not allowed to read this.

Still shocked they're allowed to sell it in the first place tbh.

Luckily European car producers have caught up and in many regards surpassed Telsa already. Chinese producers have surpassed them already in all regards and then some. Granted Tesla's model 3 still has very good efficiency and range for the money is still good as well. Pretty much everything else sucks though and I am not even talking about the guy who owns that company.

When I look at the Renault 5 or the up and coming Renault Twingo and VW ID-Polo, those are really great cars, with real door handles, no distraction real physical buttons for tasks one would like to perform while driving, good interior design, good production quality, design that is actually a plus instead of a negative. In the case of the Renault 5 and even more so the Twingo I would even say design is a huge strength. Oh and they also come without marketing lies about autonomous driving. They do have drive assistance features but they are not advertised as something that they are not.
