My 7 month old Siamese got into the closed packet of Jaffa cakes with 3 of them remaining. Ate them all, I definitely was worried.

I contacted ER vet straight away, they gave the advice to keep an eye on him as the amount of semi-sweet chocolate he ate (2-3g per cake) should not get him in the threshold of toxicity.

Kept an eye on him accordingly. No change in behavior whatsoever. Wanted to share this for people experiencing a similar situation. Remain calm and call the vet for advice! Reddit is a great place for advice, but in these situations it’s better to stay calm and contact your vet immediately. They know what’s best.
