Cute Russian comic. The home of the official English version is here if anyone wants to skip ahead (or support them): https://boosty.to/gabiconomics-en

An auction is a public sale in which the price of a good or service is determined through competitive bidding. Participants place offers, and the item is awarded to the bidder who proposes the best price - typically the highest bid in standard auctions.

@Awoo@hexbear.net I noticed a couple of comics have been released. I was just curious when you may post them again, though no rush and no pressure.

She's acquiring a bougie skillset if she keeps him on, it's pretty valuable.

I mean, I don’t think I’m off team gui-better, but killing your accountants probably doesn’t scale.

I've decided to put this in both the comics and memes comm.

The next one won't be posted in memes, it will be posted in the comics comm. Make sure you're subbed to it.

Artel

Man this comic is Russian. I dont even think that term is used outside of Russia and former Russia.

How would you even translate that though? Industrial cooperatives?

Mondragon might be the closest example of such a thing still around 🤔

I think maybe a few formalised as "collectives". The UK had things like Millwrights collectives around the industrial revolution period. It's hard to 1:1 it though.
