I'm partial to this myself, yup.

Flavor OVERWHELMING

Always use Extra virgin olive oil over regular. You'll taste the difference and be careful with that black pepper.

I haven't used a rutabaga in my cooking in ages. I'll buy some the next time I'm grocery shopping. Sorry, rutabaga - for the lack of interest.
