It is so sad that apple refuses to allow us to have a fully functioning Siri artificial intelligence assistant that can do everything the actual Siri apple has can do. It’s obvious they keep it stupid so later they can release some product that better and charge more Apple always holds back new technology and releases it like breadcrumbs Do you really think a huge company like apple can’t make a real ai assistant? Seriously?

My prediction is Apple will build an impressive local LLM for iOS 18, multimodal with lots of capabilities, but hardware lock it behind the iPhone 16 models for some dumbass reason like how it needs the Neurobionic Supermegathicc Engine that they built into the SOC instead of using the existing neural engine

Siri has gotten worse it’s actually so shocking. The only things I trust Siri with is setting alarms, timers and turning off the flashlight lol

Best part is tomorrow it’ll work fine. And then in 2 weeks it’ll stop working again.

Idk what monkey they got pounding on a keyboard making code in Siri servers but damn is it inconsistent.

I asked her what the time was in Germany and she looked it up on Google. So I asked her the time in a particular German province. She pulled a paragraph from Wikipedia on some random topic vaguely related to Germany. I’ve asked her that exact same question countless times before. Siri is literally useless bloatware now. Clippy, is that you in there?

I'm always shocked that Siri is so bad. The Iphone is such a great designed phone, in and out. But they totally missed out on the smart assistant game.

It searches on web for everything I ask for. Imagine getting GPT level answers from Siri, it will be fire.
