Oof, 53% humidity too. That is a wet bulb temp of 115f/46c. 35c is the max wet bulb temp for humans to survive outside for 6 hours.

If I'm reading it right it looks like the dry bulb temperature was 40C/104F with a humidity of 53%. The 58C seems to be a "feels like" temperature and I'm not sure how that's calculated (maybe some ratio of wet bulb to dry bulb temperatures?).
