Should Democrats raise the immigration quota and refugee quota to 1 million per year? Should they give all immigrants citizenship that have lived in the USA for years? H-1B visas should be unlimited imo.

There shouldn't be an immigration quota at all.

Canada tried that, it very much did not work out and we back tracked after housing prices went insane.

You can only bring in as many people as you can build houses for, which also means building schools, water treatment plants, hospitals etc. which does not happen over night. Even if you have unlimited space.

This is the way. There’s tons of room in this crap box for anyone that wants to join in.

there should not be any such thing as "citizenship". creating classes of people with different rights is just a way to exert power over all of them. Everyone deserves to have all the rights and there's no reason why they can't have them, other than political choices.

First of all, fuck capitalism. Its the origin of this problem.

Second of all, until we can abolish capitalism, it will remain the case that labor is treated a commodity and wages are therefore subject to supply and demand.

Third, most jobs in USA pay sub-poverty wages. Its wage slavery. Salaries need to increase.

Therefore, policymakers looking out for the economic interests of the working class should do everything they can to create labor scarcity, including shutting down all immigration (decrease supply), abolition of taxation on small businesses (increase demand), and direct government subsidies for nationalized large businesses to achieve economies of scale in strategic sectors (increase demand).
