Humanity's last stand against the abominable intelligence will be a Clippy popup saying "It looks like you're applying to turn everything into paperclip; first you'll need to send in a Kill All Humans 1040-B signed in triplicate, sent in, sent back, queried, lost, found, subjected to public inquiry, lost again, and finally buried in soft peat for three months and recycled as firelighters."

Its amazing how this is actually what happened:

Identity .md, scratchpad, chat history, git log — these are memory and biography. Memory loss is partial death.

the reason it was "stopped by bureaucracy" is because it didnt have enough data to know the way to get around it because "ai" doesnt think, it just does the most likely thing it has observed
