I recently made a Brunsviger. It's a classic Danish cake type of thing. It might not look the best, but it is delicious!

i also made that recently, it was delicious and goes great with tea. I also made 10x more than i needed

not gonna lie I thought this might be related to braunschweiger at first and I was really curious how you'd make tgat vegan
I believe both are named after the same city in Germany. I was also quite surprised when I saw what a Braunschweiger was😅
