I recently made a Brunsviger. It's a classic Danish cake type of thing. It might not look the best, but it is delicious!

I used this recipe: http://veganskforalle.dk/brunsviger-efteraarstur/

I can translate the recipe if anyone wants to try making it😊

Ooh that looks delicious. I might have to make it again soon, but you are so right, there is always too much cake to eat!😩 Are you from Denmark too?

I'm from the USA, a Danish friend of mine told me she liked it so I decided to make some myself.

Oh cool. I'm glad you liked it, Danish cuisine isn't the most interesting, but the cakes and desserts are bussin' 👌😩
