basically everyone got there within a 15 minute window
Just chill for a few minutes we should be cool with that
Most meetings are just project check-ins or quick huddles that could have been long over in 15 minutes.
It will still be over in 15 minutes once everyone gets there and you can just do whatever you want until then
I don't consider sitting on hold free time. The meeting is set for when the meeting takes place. Special circumstances aside, be there at that time or miss it.
