Canada makes some of the best planes in the world, especially for private jets. This is a tax on strictly the ultra wealthy Americans, so I don't think he will follow through.

That is a good question. I wonder what the issue is. Likely something completely reasonable
I looked it up and apparently Gulfstream simply haven’t bothered even trying because the market’s so small it isn’t worth the expense to them.
