I use medicated shampoo to keep my psoriasis in check
post
shampoo mandate
reason: im a very greasy slav
I have gone for ~1.5 weeks without shampoo and my scalp literally formed a crust of dandruff so
My hair smells like cheese if I don't shampoo regularly. Just let the conditioner soak in for five minutes and it's fine.
I love it when I go a week without washing my hair and my scalp starts hurting. Say no to shampoo. Everyone should have a painful scalp all the time.
People tend to shampoo too much and damage there hair, but thereβs nothing inherently bad about shampoo
I read once from anti-shampoo types on r*ddit or somewhere that the shampoo strips natural oils from your hair, and if you stop your hair will be real fucking greasy for a couple of weeks but then it will balance back out and be better, but that sounds like a whole load of bullshit to me and I'm not gonna spend a fortnight with gross greasy hair to find out
I used a plain classic soap instead of shampoo. It gave my hair quite different feel. You might try it and see if you like it
