Fun Fox Fact: the word "geckering" refers to the laughter-like sound made by several mammals including hyenas and monkeys, but the word "gekkering" is used specifically to foxes.

I've known a few humans who geckered. That's no judgment, laughter is wonderful no matter how it comes out. Just an observation.
