Comes just as the right time as I want to give journaling another go just now!
Also the introduction was very eye opening for me. The last time I tried journaling I was able to keep it up for 1 1/2 years but felt something was missing. And reading your guide I understood what it was: I was more logging than journaling. Even when I tried to write about my feelings it was still very descriptive. I might even be able to name a feeling, but I would not really write about...what I was feeling, if that makes sense. I guess I was never really honest if I use the words from the introduction.
Realistically, I will start logging again, but with everything I've learned so far, I will try to move to journaling. But thank you for the nice write up. It's really helpful!
