I've added a document to the wiki on How To Set Up TrackBear for this (or any other FediWriMo) event.

A final note: I'm in the process of restructuring the Wiki, but it will remain usable while I am working on it. Currently, it has an index page that is a bit of a place-holder, but all the information that was linked on the sidebar previously is now in the Wiki Index.
