Looking at the people who Israel are refusing to release, there are several fairly public figures who were 'arrested' for the crime of refusing to leave their patients to die after Israel ordered them to leave hospitals. These people won't be portrayed as hostages however, I doubt it will even be mentioned in any major western media.
The deal is pretty much identical to the ceasefire deal from a year ago, the only difference is that the US decided to exert any amount of pressure on Israel, proving the point that the US could have ended it whenever they wanted to (bar maybe the first bombing campaign).
