I hesitate to call them tankies because they don’t follow the same ideals. These people deride ‘the libs’ but engage in liberalism, calling themselves lgbtq friendly, then they call themselves communist but engage in materialism, they call themselves socialist but agree with authoritarianism.
I don’t know what to call them besides fascist, but fascist is so non-specific when dealing with these groups that it doesn’t help for identification. We actually need a new name for this group of fascists.

When I criticize a treat (or how it's made or who is exploited when it's made) and someone says that criticizing that treat is "against materialism" that's roughly the same take.
